PURPOSE & SCOPEOF INSPECTION
Qualitech Engineering and Inspection Services provides professional property inspection and snagging services to assist property owners, buyers and tenants in identifying visible defects and workmanship concerns within their property.
PURPOSE OFINSPECTION
The purpose of this inspection is to carry out a systematic visual assessment of the property and identify visible defects, incomplete works, workmanship concerns and other observable conditions present at the time of inspection. The findings are documented to provide the client with a clear and structured record of the property's observed condition.
SCOPE OFINSPECTION
The inspection covers accessible and visible areas of the property and includes applicable architectural finishes, walls, ceilings, floors, doors and windows, electrical fittings, plumbing and sanitary fixtures, joinery, installed fixtures and other elements included within the inspection checklist.
Where applicable, findings are supported by photographs and observations, providing a clear reference for each snagging item and area requiring attention.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This report records conditions that were visible and accessible at the time of inspection. Concealed components, inaccessible areas and conditions that could not reasonably be observed during the visual inspection are outside the scope of this report.

Inspection Conclusion
This report records the visible defects, incomplete works and
observations identified by Qualitech during the inspection of the
property on the date stated. Each snag has been documented with its
location, priority and photographic evidence, to allow clear
communication between the owner, developer and contractor.
The findings should be read together with the Checklist Summary and
the Snagging Observations sections of this report.
RECOMMENDED NEXT STEPS
Share this report with the developer or contractor responsible for rectification.
Prioritise Critical and High priority items, especially those affecting safety or services.
Keep the snag references and photographs to track each item until handover.
Arrange a follow-up inspection after rectification to confirm all items have been properly closed.
